Every game on Gametopus is free to play in your browser, for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. No account is required.

Ownership

All games, artwork, source code, names and branding on this site are original works created by Gametopus and are protected by copyright and, where applicable, trade mark law. © 2026 Gametopus. All rights reserved.

What you may not do

• Copy, mirror, rehost or redistribute the games or their source code, in whole or in part.
• Embed the games on another website, including through an iframe or proxy.
• Remove, obscure or alter copyright notices, branding or origin markers in the code.
• Sell, license or otherwise commercialise the games or any derivative of them.
• Use automated systems to scrape the site beyond ordinary search-engine indexing.

No warranty

The site and its games are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep everything running, but we do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for any loss of saved progress.

Saved progress

Progress is stored in your own browser. Clearing your browser data, using private browsing or switching device will remove it. We cannot restore it for you.
